Welcome to the 1st edition of The Weekly Muse, where I’ll be sharing random happenings, musings and things that catch my eye that I think would catch yours too.

Many of you love the Style Showcase, which is a weekly roundup of decorating inspiration from a group of fellow bloggers, so it occurred to me that you’d also enjoy this!
Random happenings
• I think I finally figured out how to keep the squirrels from turning my geranium pots into their playground, but I’m afraid that I may have killed them in the process.
Is it bad that the leaves are curling up and turning brown?
• Got Pookie out to do a little consignment shopping one afternoon and stumbled across something that I had little hope of ever finding for an affordable price. And I ordered two of these to go with it.
Don’t you love it when that happens? Stay tuned for the reveal!
• Tried dry needling for my chronically strained Achilles tendon for the first time. Not sure what I was expecting, but I didn’t like it….at all.
Will it work? Someone with experience please give me hope.
• Is it too early to mention the “C” word? Christmas? Because I received some stunning new ornaments that are making me wish December was closer.
I’ll be sharing soon on Instagram.
• But here I am, trying to figure out how to bring a slice of summer into my home decor. It feels like every idea under the sun has already been done.
Suggestions?
In my cart! I think this will be so handy for summer entertaining.
Is there anything prettier than yellow lemons and blue hydrangeas?
What is the secret for window boxes that look like this?
I wish there were more of these in America.
I just ordered this modest bathing suit and the print makes me so happy!
Frantically searching for a place to use this adorable peel and stick wallpaper.
Happy, happy weekend, my friend!
I like this. Thanks for sharing. Have a good weekend.
Thank you for letting me know. I hope you have a good weekend too!
So much fun eye candy! I’m with you on the conservatories and love the double-height example in green at Castello di Reschio. Thanks!
Isn’t that amazing! Glad you enjoyed it.
