The Weekly Muse: 13th Edition

I’m so glad that you’re here to catch up on this week’s happenings at the 13th edition of The Weekly Muse. From a bad dog haircut to the yummiest looking fall recipe ever, let’s catch up!

My week at a glance

• The lateness of this week’s Muse is a testament to how my week went. It was one of those where the harder I pedaled, the behinder I got. Ever have one of those?

Lot’s of unexpected interruptions, but it’s impossible to complain when one of those involved getting to spend an afternoon with my almost 16 year old granddaughter!

• This is my sweet pup, Bella Grace, before her first grooming appointment. I think they gave me the wrong dog back because she isn’t nearly this fuzzy anymore.

She’s a toy poodle, but she’s so tiny that I wanted to try a puppy cut for her. I think I asked for it to be cut too short. 😂

• Not the best picture, but I managed to inch closer to the completion of my dining room makeover by making a couple of pillows.

Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to do the reveal this week like I had hoped, thanks to a delay in shipping lampshades.

Wow what a lovely picture, your sweet granddaughter (hoping to be around when my granddaughter turns 16; I will be 76). But your sweet doggie is adorable…
